Shipping Policy

Green As Nature offers free shipping on all orders to our Australian customers.

Orders to the following destinations are charged a flat fee of $25AUD (7-10 days service): 

 

  • U.S*

  • Canada*

  • UK*

  • NZ*
     

* U.S, Canada, UK and NZ Customers please be aware that orders to your destination may be subject to import taxes and, you will need to check if your country does this, furthermore you are responsible for any fees they charge. Please ensure you check with your local customs/borders authority if you are allowed to bring these products into your country and be aware that any products that are confiscated by your country's customs/border authority is solely your responsibility.

Shipping Conditions

​

If you wish to change the delivery address, you must let the Customer Service Team know at least two business days prior to the dispatch of your Order.  If your order has already been dispatched, the address cannot be changed

If you do not state the situation correctly and on arrival the delivery contractor deems it to be a difficult location you will be liable for any extra charges including redelivery fees and the cost of an extra person to assist.

 

Tracking number

Rest assured, a tracking number will be issued to you as soon as your shipment is booked or dispatched. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your order during transit. 

 

Delivery address 

​

Customers providing incorrect shipping details: Green As Nature kindly advises customers to ensure the accuracy of their shipping information. In the event of incorrect shipping details, customers may incur additional charges for redirection or re-delivery to ensure your order reaches you as intended. We recommend double-checking your shipping information to prevent any potential issues. 

In any situation where the customer may provide incorrect shipping details, the additional redirection or re-delivery fees will be passed onto the customer.

To avoid these charges: 

​

  • Provide Accurate Information: Double-check and ensure that you provide the correct and complete shipping address when making a purchase online. 

  • Include any relevant apartment numbers, suite numbers, or special delivery instructions to help the carrier locate your address. 

  • Use a Verified Address: Whenever possible, use a verified or standardized address format. This reduces the chances of address-related errors. 

  • Communicate with us: If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order but before it ships, contact us immediately to request an address correction. 

  • Track Your Package: Keep a close eye on your package’s tracking information. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment and catch any potential issues early. 

  • Be Available for Delivery: Ensure someone is available to receive the package during the estimated delivery window. This can prevent missed deliveries and subsequent redelivery fees. 

  • Sign Up for Delivery Alerts: Our carriers offer delivery alert services via email or text message. Sign up for these alerts to receive notifications about your package’s status and delivery time. 

  • Use Package Lockers or Pickup Locations: Our carriers offer the option to deliver packages to secure package lockers or designated pickup locations. Consider using these options if you’re concerned about delivery issues at your home address. 

  • Consider Shipping Insurance: If you’re shipping valuable items, consider purchasing shipping insurance. This can provide coverage in case of loss, damage, or delivery issues, reducing your financial risk. 

 

 

Some common examples which may incur additional charges include but are not limited to the following examples.

 

  1. Not listing limited operating times 

  2. Business name for delivery is different to the business name listed on the delivery address. Include the physical business name in the notes of the order if this is the case 

  3. Unusual operating terms (business under construction) 

  4. Not collecting your parcel from the local post office within 10 days

 

 

 

Authority to Leave

​

We use Australia Post for most deliveries and Australia Post will leave your order in a safe spot if no one is around to receive it. If you do NOT wish for your delivery to be left at your property if no one is in attendance, please let us know when you place your order and request that your order to be sent with a signature required upon delivery. This will incur a fee of $2.95 and you can choose this shipping option at checkout.

Green As Nature cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged deliveries after they have been dropped off at your property by Australia Post, if you know that parcel have been stolen from your address it is best to ask for signature required delivery when you place your order from the drop-down menu at checkout.

 

Redelivery, Missed Delivery or Refusal of Good(s)

​

Where delivery cannot take place due to insufficient identification, or if there is no one available at the delivery address to accept delivery, or there is limited access to the delivery address or it is unsafe or impractical to make delivery, a calling card will be left in your letterbox informing you about the incomplete delivery and where to pick your parcels up from a local post office. It is your responsibility to follow the instructions stated on the calling card left behind by Australia Post. Parcels will usually be available for pick up at your local post office for 7-10 days unless you are informed otherwise. Where you do not collect your good(s) from the local post office within 7-10 days of a failed delivery, you must contact Green As Nature for further information with respect to claiming your order.

If good(s) are required to be redelivered, because you failed to pick up your order from your local post office within 7-10 days or because of refusal to sign, or limitations for making delivery, you may be required to pay any associated fees for redelivery.

Any returns due to you changing your mind about your purchase will also attract associated fees including a redelivery, restocking and or administration fee(s).

 

Time of Delivery and Delivery Delays

​

Green As Nature will take all reasonable commercial endeavours to ensure that the good(s) ordered are delivered on the agreed date for delivery set out in the order.

 

Where there is a schedule of times for delivery referred to in the order then Green As Nature will take all reasonable commercial endeavours to ensure that the good(s) are delivered on the agreed scheduled dates for delivery.

If Green As Nature is unable to deliver the good(s) to the customer by the date or dates of delivery set out in the order, then Green As Nature will promptly notify the customer to that effect with estimate of the revised time for the delivery of the good(s) ordered.

​

Provided Green As Nature has used all reasonable commercial endeavours to deliver the good(s) to the customer in accordance with the date or dates for delivery in the order, Green As Nature will not be liable to the customer for any delay in delivery of the good(s) or any part thereof.

 

From time to time, Green As Nature may not be able to achieve the delivery periods. You acknowledge and agree that notwithstanding anything else in the terms and conditions:

​

  • Green As Nature cannot guarantee that delivery will occur in the delivery time frames;

  • Delivery time frames may change from time to time due to unforeseen circumstances; and

  • Green As Nature is not liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost, expense or injury you or any third party suffers as a result of a change in delivery times or a delay in delivery.

 

Delays Due to Public Holidays and Special Events

​

During special events (example: Christmas or End of Financial Year), orders may experience delivery delays. Green As Nature will contact you if there will be significant delivery delay.

 

Accepting your Good(s)

​

Upon delivery, you must inspect your good(s) and check that the good(s) delivered match your order. If there is obvious damage to the good(s) due to transit, you must contact us as soon as practicable.

 

If the good(s) are not as ordered, faulty/damaged, or if parts of good(s) are missing, you may return the good(s) to us in accordance with our Returns Policy.

 

We reserve the right to change, delay, restrict, suspend or discontinue all or any good(s) and delivery at any time without prior notice for any reason whatsoever.

 

Missing Good(s)

​

If good(s) are missing from your order, contact Green As Nature via email at sales@greenasnature.com.au and return the order in accordance with the Returns Policy. You must let us know about any damaged, missing and incorrect good(s) as soon as possible and within 30 days.

Good(s) Damaged in Transfer

​

If the good(s) you have received are faulty or have been damaged in transfer, please inform Green As Nature immediately by email at sales@greenasnature.com.au and provide pictures if possible.

​

Subject to our acceptance of the existence of any fault in relation to any item, we will credit your method of payment, including shipping costs for delivery, restocking fee and, if applicable, return of the faulty item. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for more information.

 

Changes to shipping policy

Green As Nature reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes to this policy will be posted on our website, and the date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the beginning of the policy.
